One missed auto-renewal pays for years of LedgerGuard.
Finance teams at 50–500 person companies use LedgerGuard to catch renewals before the notice window closes. The average missed SaaS auto-renewal costs $8,000–$40,000 in committed spend. The Starter plan is $299/month.
Starter and Growth list prices here match our published pricing reference. Checkout amounts follow your Stripe configuration. Scale is custom-priced and agreed outside a public list rate.
LedgerGuard pricing is based on contracts you track in the workspace, not how many files you upload in a month.

This is not the same motion as self-serve.
Self-serve is software access. Enterprise starts with a scoped review and rollout.
Enterprise
Guided rollout and contract risk review
When renewals carry material cost or coordination risk, teams don't start with checkout. They start with a review.
- Onboarding and rollout broken into agreed checkpoints instead of an unmanaged go-live
- Finance-led framing for renewal dates, notice windows, auto-renew posture, and spend at risk—paired with in-product verify workflows when you use the software
- Room to align procurement and security questions before broad organizational usage
- Scope and pricing by agreement; we do not list enterprise rates here or imply certifications we have not earned

Which path is right for me?
- Small team
- Start on Free when the tracked-contract cap and seats fit evaluation. Move to Starter or Growth when your full contract portfolio and team size fit the tier and you can own verification without a vendor-led program.
- Multi-entity or large portfolio
- A large tracked portfolio or organization-wide rollout usually fits Scale or enterprise: broader coverage, coordination across teams, and no tracked-contract cap in product on Scale—commercial terms follow a rollout conversation.
- Want guided rollout
- Enterprise path. We align milestones, owners, and sequence with you instead of leaving adoption to ad hoc self-serve alone.
- Want a manual review or audit-style path
- Enterprise path: scoped conversation and agreed review steps. It is not instant time-to-value, not a substitute for your counsel, and not independent assurance unless you contract for that separately.
FAQ
Choose how you want to approach risk
Self-serve opens a workspace under listed tiers. Enterprise starts with scope and rollout when the situation warrants it.
Live path: sign in, add agreements to your portfolio, wait for extraction, then verify fields before renewal and spend readouts are relied on. Public /example content is static and not the pipeline.
